The Latest ARRCC House Project Brings Out The Beauty In Simple Materials
Metropolis Heights is the latest projection completed by architecture studio SAOTA in collaboration with interior design firm ARRCC. It's a beautiful mountainside house located in Cape Town. Its blueprint and architecture are a harmonious blend of minimalism and custom geometry, the edifice featuring an angular structure and a gorgeous mix of linear and curved surfaces which designs both the interior and outside design. The spaces are organized on iii floors. The lower level houses all the guest bedrooms while the living area occupies the middle floor and the master suite the top flooring. This arrangement allows the owners to have their ain private penthouse even when the firm is full of guests.
The vestibule welcomes one into a wonderfully inviting decor defined past walnut paneling and marble-like flooring while a custom woolen carpet with a geometric pattern sets the tone for the dynamic decor of the living room. At the same time, the overall impression is that of a sophisticated all the same at the aforementioned time very comfortable infinite. The interior pattern every bit a whole combines metallic surfaces, warm wood and bright colors. The living expanse has a double-book glass staircase and open up onto a terrace which can be entirely closed off whenever required. The open up kitchen and dining area are also part of the main living space. The master bedroom occupies the top floor and has a welcoming yet slightly masculine appearance complemented by stunning views.
